“ Returned April 2024, another great visit. Returned in August 2022 and had to stop by Coffee Lounge 2.0. As always the staff were friendly and welcomed us. I had an iced coffee with almond milk & caramel flavoring. It was made perfectly. Such a nice coffee shop with a relaxing and inviting energy. I was drawn to the variety of iced coffee flavorings and options available. Good iced coffee is hard to find on the island! The coffee was prepared perfectly with an added shot of espresso offered by the delightful barista. She was a joy to speak with as we sipped on the coffee and ate our pastries. Also, what a great surprise to find that the owner herself was present and asked for feedback in the moment. It was great to let her know in person how good the coffee was and what we liked about her shop. This is one of two coffee lounges she owns and operates on the island. I love to support local business owners especially when they have a good product and service! I can’t wait to come back for more. ”

“ I had a great experience during my visit. The Chai was delicious and I ordered the ham & cheese croissant which was everything. The lady that served me (I believe she's Haitian) delivered amazing service and gave me a ton of information for my visit. I went the next day for a Bailey Frappuccino and she even remembered it was my birthday. Highly recommend and will definitely return on my visit. I had a great experience during my visit. “ Absolutely adorable here! Went out with the family. Their Cookies and Cream Coffee is to die for, not to even mention their sandwiches! The overall vibe is cozy and, all in all, extremely welcoming. From the staff to the aethetics, it's all very pleasant! As far as first impressions go, it's a well deserved 5 star lounge! ”

“ The ice coconut matcha, BLT and apple croissant we had were amazing. The pastries are delicious and so fresh. The BLT was the best I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly too. ”

“ Nice small café. The bakery treats looked great, but I have a small criticism of the service. I love Irish Coffee, and I usually can't find it where I live, but I found it here and decided to order one. Perhaps there was a problem with communication, maybe due to the language difference. My husband ordered an iced Irish coffee for me, the smallest cup size (because we were going on a tour and I didn't want to feel too full). However, after a while, one waitress said she could not fulfill the order, but another waitress interrupted her and said that she could. We didn't understand very well, but in the end, they brought us a large coffee (larger than the tallest size at Starbucks). My husband informed them that this was not the size what we ordered, but the waitress tried to explain why she decided to do that. Despite her good intentions, the price was not respected, so we had to pay for a larger coffee. I didn't like that. The coffee itself was good, very sweet, with a generous portion of cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate sprinkles. It was very satisfying. ”

“ We were warmly welcome from the staff and served with bright smile. The cakes were excellent and so were the drinks ! The ambiance is cosy and intimate with the soft jazz music playing in background. Coffee Lounge does deserve its reputation of SxM best coffee shop ! ”
